Please pray for Jamie & Helen Read

Jamie and Helen Read are working at The Bible Institute Eastern Cape (BIEC), in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. Jamie lectures in biblical studies and mission, while Helen looks after their three boys and is currently helping disciple and equip the female bible teachers in their local church.

After a longer than usual (football-filled) break, the new term started on 13 July. Please pray that the students will be enthusiastic and committed, and that Jamie will have energy for teaching and caring for the students. Many students have financial pressures, finding it difficult to fund their studies and receiving no income while studying, so please pray about this and give thanks for donations which have enabled some students to continue with their studies. Thankfully the new term started with a full complement of teachers.
