Evangelism
Aims:

  • To oversee the promotion and proclamation of the gospel, and to encourage people into the St Peter's church family.

The Evangelism Team has arranged a number, and diverse range, of events to date. Social events, such as men’s bowling or “’girls’ nights” are designed to just to enable folk to rub shoulders, regulars and especially guest, and to get to know each other and grow together.

More elaborate functions have involved inviting folk along to a breakfast or evening meal to hear a guest speaker or have our version of “Question Time”. The team are keen to progress to more and larger carefully selected events to try to fulfil our aims above.
