Christian giving is always done joyfully! Following our recent appeal, together we have given over £15,000 to the St Peter's general fund, our mission partners and for the new audio-visual equipment. That, along with a perfectly timed bequest from dear Betty Cradduck, means that all our current commitments will be met in full.
However, if you would like to make a gift towards the work of St Peter's, there are two ways you can give, and whichever you choose, please consider signing a Gift aid declaration if you haven’t already done so.Gift aid 2020.pdf

WHY WE HAVE INSTALLED NEW AUDIO-VISUAL EQUIPMENT
Being able to hear clearly in church and on Zoom is critical, but we’ve known for a long time that the current audio-visual set up is inadequate and reaching the end of its life. As you’ve probably noticed, the demands of streaming via Zoom have highlighted its shortfall even more. The cost of replacing and upgrading the whole system is a lot of money, but be assured that we carefully investigated what we needed and found an excellent company to supply and install everything; the work will be done during lockdown2.
Before Christmas St Peter's was delighted to be awarded a grant from Allchurches Trust towards installing the new audio equipment at Church. The new sound desk and microphones have significantly improved the sound quality for the services. Unfortunately, we have not been able to enjoy the full experience whilst all our services are streamed over zoom. However, you will hopefully have noticed that the volume and quality have vastly improved to allow an undistracted participation in services.
We want to thank all of you that contributed financially to the project and allowed us to install it and we hope we will soon be able to all join together in person.
